A customized training plan based on your physique goals and training facility this also includes stretching and warmup routine !
If you have any injuries or parameters around training we will discuss how to modify your training plan accordingly prior to creation
Training plan will be based upon your training availability ( in relation to your work, school and life schedule!)
This does not include hands on coaching, if you'd like long term support training feedback & more then coaching is the correct option for you!
